This Digital Download Policy explains how digital products purchased or obtained from SilixAI Press are delivered, accessed and used.
SilixAI Press is the digital publishing store operated by MEETALI INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD, an Australian company.
1. Digital Products Only
Products labelled as digital editions are supplied electronically, generally as downloadable PDF files. No physical book, printed material or other physical item will be shipped with a digital purchase.
Some products may also be available separately as physical paperbacks through third-party retailers such as Amazon. Those purchases are handled by the relevant retailer.
2. Delivery of Digital Downloads
After successful payment, purchased digital products are generally made available through a download link on the order confirmation page and/or in an order email.
Free digital products may be available through the same download system without a payment requirement.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed by payment verification, email delivery issues or technical problems.
3. Download Access
Customers should download and save their purchased files promptly and keep a personal backup.
Download links may be subject to access limits or expiry periods where specified. We do not guarantee permanent hosting or indefinite availability of previously purchased download links.

7. Refunds and Download Problems
